ARCADE APARTMENTS
Luxury apartments in downtown St. Louis, MO that offer an artist housing program with multiple workplace studios, lounges, galleries, and more.

PROJECT SCOPE:
We provided both exterior and interior signage for Arcade Apartments. As you can see, the exterior signage element “ARCADE” consists of halo-lit channel letters with RGB changing light. The channel letters were built with backers behind them, which allows the lighting to stay concentrated around the letters’ edges. The “APARTMENTS” aspect was manufactured with molded acrylic letters that have a thin, edge-lit stroke. This custom canopy sign designed for Arcade Apartments embodies modern downtown living while preserving the historic architecture of this St. Louis City landmark, the Arcade Building.
The interior signage was built to be ADA code compliant and consisted of two components: the custom wood grain backplate with black acrylic and gold copy. We produced numerous Room ID and wayfinding signs for Arcade Apartments.
