MALLINCKRODT PHARMACEUTICALS

PROJECT NAME: Environmental Branding for Mallinckrodt

CLIENT: Mallinckrodt

LOCATION: St. Louis, MO and New Jersey

PROJECT SCOPE:

We were in charge of designing and developing interior environmental graphics for Mallinckrodt at three of their locations. These included their corporate headquarters in St. Louis, and another location in New Jersey. During our site visits, we took detailed notes of how we could implement different sign components and materials that would maximize their environmental branding. Many of the signs that we proposed encompass large wall areas throughout the offices.

One of the featured wall signs that we produced were acrylic walls with polished and beveled edges. Gel resin letters were molded, casted and adhered to the front side of the panel. Alongside these acrylic walls, we also designed and installed multiple radiant wall signs. High resolution images were printed on Radiant SolaRay sequin panels, and these sequins are mounted to a clear grid. This allows for the sign to have a dynamic look and movement.

Accordion walls showcase dual graphics when walking in different directions, which we knew was the perfect idea to maximize the visual impact for particularly long hallways. Constructed out of bent aluminum panels, we digitally printed dual graphics on vinyl which was applied to the accordion’s aluminum panels.

Along with the above wall features, we also designed and produced:
  • Illuminated faux neon lettering which used white molded acrylic letters with embedded LED lighting
  • Multi-colored LED acrylic light boxes
  • 8’ tall light boxes with dye-sublimation fabric graphics that showcased patient stories
  • Routed honeycomb lumicor panels with messages in acrylic lettering
  • Interchangeable product displays with standoffs
  • Large scale vinyl wall graphics, full color and halftone images
  • Dimensional letters and logos
